Hey friends,
Welcome back! If you missed part one of this series, I shared five simple ways to find inspiration when you’re feeling stuck. You can catch up on it here.
Today, I’m excited to share five more tips that help me feel refreshed, recharged, and ready to create again, especially when I’m starting to feel overwhelmed. So, without further ado, here goes…
6. Take Breaks ☕
Sometimes we stare at a task for so long that it becomes more stressful than it needs to be. Whether it’s cleaning, writing, or planning something big or small, step away, breathe and come back with fresh eyes. Even a 15 minute reset can do wonders.
7. Get Feedback 💬
Talk things out with someone you trust. Whether it’s a friend, sibling, or parents, bouncing ideas off someone can bring you so much clarity. Sometimes all it takes is a new perspective to shift your whole mindset.
8. Declutter 🧺
A messy space equals a messy mind, at least for me! When I feel stuck, I take a few minutes to reset my room or workspace. It’s a simple act but it helps clear the mental fog so much.
9. Follow Inspiring Bloggers ✍️
Surround yourself with content that lifts you up! I love discovering bloggers who inspire me creatively and spiritually. I’ve also found that when I intentionally follow bloggers who motivate me, it helps me stay connected to my goals. And if you’re following someone who doesn’t uplift you or challenge you to grow, maybe it’s time to hit the unfollow.
10. Pinterest 📌
Pinterest is one my go to platforms when I’m really stuck and need a fresh burst of inspiration, whether it’s for recipes, outfits, party planning or content. It’s seriously a goldmine of so many wonderful ideas. If your looking for recipe, nail or fashion ideas be sure to check out my pinterest here.
Thanks for joining me for part two! What helps you spark your creativity the most?
Many blessings, Grace. Xx
